Just fifty-five residences will be available in San Francisco’s newest luxury condominium, with two-bedrooms averaging over 1,880 sq ft, three-bedrooms averaging over 2,100 sq ft — and the full-floor grand penthouse topping out at over 6,900 sq ft. Twelve additional accessory suites on the 54th floor will be available for purchase to original owners, with studio, junior one-bedroom, and one bedroom residences for guests, staff, or as a home office.
A global expedition set out to source the finest materials and finishes for Residences. Inside and out, every detail has been meticulously designed and considered. Classical materials used in fresh, modern ways was the objective with luxurious interiors. The desire was to create a sense of natural comfort with the surroundings, accentuated with touches of the extraordinary.
The kitchens at were designed to be as beautiful as they are functional, with Valcucine glass cabinets crafted in Italy and making their West Coast debut. Select kitchens can be hidden from sight on a whim with a set of ceruse-ebonized oak sliding panels.
From residents’ first steps into the lobby, marble provides a visual cue signaling timelessness and the finest that life has to offer. Polished Italian Calacatta Carrara marble was selected for its peerless beauty.
The hallway sconces began as hand-drawn sketches by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy, inspired by a bird’s nest and the soft welcoming light cast on the front stoop of his childhood home. From his drawings, a lighting firm rendered the sconces in virtual reality, then brought them to their fully illuminated life.
Since the sconces were based on drawings and intricate natural shapes, it required an artisanal manufacturing process to create each shade. Each twig was individually sculpted, hand-dipped in paint, then in sand for an added layer of natural texture. Lastly, they were repainted one by one and set in place. As a result, each sconce is unique.
Take a Saturday stroll through the Farmer’s Market at the Ferry Building, then catch a game at AT&T Park or stroll just four blocks away to the newly expanded SFMOMA. Nearby employers include Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase, Blackrock, StubHub, CNET, and LinkedIn.
As the city’s new transit hub, Transbay Transit Center seamlessly centralizes every major transit system in the city — MUNI, BART, bus lines, ferry – and serves them at your doorstep. It also provides over 100,000 square feet of retail space, including dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Immediately above the Transit Center and elevated above street level, the new city Park will unfold for 5.4 acres. Think of it as San Francisco’s version of New York City’s High Line. There will be pedestrian bridges and public access points, but our residences is the only residential building that will enjoy direct access to the Park via its own private sky bridge.
